At Minise, every piece is handmade with love and care. We want you to be happy with your order, so please read our return and refund policy below:

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or general wear and tear.

 


💔 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, we’re truly sorry and we’ll fix it ASAP!

To request a replacement or refund:

 

  1. Contact us at minisearteau@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Include:

     

    • Your order number

    • A photo of the item and packaging

    • A short explanation of the issue

     

Once approved, we’ll either:

  • Send a replacement (if available)

  • Or issue a full refund to your original payment method

Return Shipping

 

In some cases, we may ask you to return the item. If the error was on our part (e.g. faulty or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping costs. If not, you may be responsible for return shipping.

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom pieces (e.g. items with initials or names) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Late or Missing Refunds

 

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account. If it’s delayed, please check with your bank or card provider before contacting us.
